Slice vegetable and meat into 3~4cm and pile them one by one and cut into 3 pieces.
In a large soup pan or bowl, arrange the piles of cut ingredients from outside to inside and fill the pot with ingredients.
Pour 1,000ml of water and boil for 10minuets. Then, serve in a small bowl and enjoy with dipping sauce.
After most of the soup and other ingredients are gone, boil it again with udon noodle and enjoy!
