Korean icy cold noodles, Naengmyeon, make a perfect meal in blazing hot weathers in Summer. Chewy and thin noodles made from buckwheat are served with cold and savory broth or in a spicy sauce. Our naengmyeon set combines both types of noodles with grilled pork galbi which is tender and juicy which complement the cold noodles.
Cooking Instruction
Step 01:
Boil Naengmyeon noodles in boilingwater for 1 minute.
Step 02:
Pour the noodles in a metal strainer and rinse with cold water for 30 seconds. Drain noodles thoroughly!
Step 03:
Divide noodles in two bowls and pour cold soup broth with 4~5 ice cubes in one of them. Squeeze in spicy sauce in another bowl. Add pickled veggie, sliced briskets, and cut eggs.
Step 04:
On a frying pan, add a little bit of cooking oil and carefully grill miso-marinated pork slices. Watch out for boiling oil and sauce that may splash onto you!
