Gamjatang is soup made with pork neck bones and vegetables. Sizzling hot gamjatang is hearty and savory which makes it always popular at the dinner table. The fully cooked cabbage and potatoes in the stock turn soft yet retain its texture. Gamjatang makes a perfect, satisfying meal when paired with a bowl of rice.

Cooking Instruction

Step 01:

Slice vegetable into 2 ~ 3 cm length.

Step 02:

In a large soup pan or bowl, pour 800mlof water and pork bones with soup base.

Step 03:

After boiling it for 10 minutes, add all other vegetable and boil for 10 more minutes!

Step 04:

Before serving, add perilla powder and enjoy your hearty soup with a bowl of rice!
