Its creamy mushrooms and fatty beef all work together to create a true feast of taste and flavour. After you enjoy this Japanese style Shabu-shabu, you can cook noodles in the soup to complete your hearty meal.

Cooking Instruction

Step 01:

Slice vegetable and meat into moderate pieces (2 ~ 4 cm) depending on your preference. Separate slices of meat and spread them.

Step 02:

In a large soup pan or pot, arrange the cut ingredients and pour 1000 ml of water and soup base.

Step 03:

Boil the soup in high heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked in brown. Serve in individual plates with dipping sauce!

Step 04:

Before serving, break open eggs into the boiling soup and serve individually.
