As one of the most iconic dish of Japanese delicacies, Sukiyaki has served families for many centuries. Its creamy mushrooms and fatty beef all work together to create a true feast of taste and flavour. After you enjoy this Japanese style Shabu-shabu, you can cook noodles in the soup to complete your hearty meal.
Slice vegetable and meat into moderate pieces (2 ~ 4 cm) depending on your preference. Separate slices of meat and spread them.
In a large soup pan or pot, arrange the cut ingredients and pour 1000 ml of water and soup base.
Boil the soup in high heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked in brown. Serve in individual plates with dipping sauce!
Before serving, break open eggs into the boiling soup and serve individually.
